CafeLand - Thủ tướng Chính phủ yêu cầu các dự án BOT trên cả nước phải bảo đảm chậm nhất trước ngày 31/12/2019 chuyển sang thu phí tự động, nếu không sẽ buộc dừng hoạt động

Thủ tướng Chính phủ vừa có công điện đẩy nhanh tiến độ triển khai hệ thống thu phí giao thông đường bộ theo hình thức điện tử tự động không dừng.

Thủ tướng đánh giá tiến độ triển khai hệ thống thu phí không dừng thời gian qua còn rất chậm, chưa đáp ứng yêu cầu đặt ra.

Để sớm chuyển sang thực hiện thu phí theo hình thức điện tử tự động không dừng, minh bạch trong hoạt động thu phí, Thủ tướng yêu cầu Bộ Giao thông vận tải, UBND các tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc T.Ư, Ủy ban Quản lý vốn Nhà nước tại doanh nghiệp khẩn trương thực hiện các giải pháp để đẩy nhanh tiến độ triển khai hệ thống thu phí điện tử tự động không dừng theo đúng quy định tại Nghị quyết số 437/2017 của Ủy ban Thường vụ Quốc hội, Quyết định số 07 năm 2017 và chỉ đạo của Thủ tướng tại Chỉ thị số 06/2018.

“Bảo đảm chậm nhất trước ngày 31/12 tới chuyển sang thu phí tự động đối với tất cả các trạm thu phí trên toàn quốc”, công điện nêu rõ.

Nếu nhà đầu tư không chuyển sang thu phí không dừng theo đúng quy định của pháp luật và chỉ đạo của Thủ tướng tại Chỉ thị số 06, thì buộc dừng hoạt động thu phí đối với các dự án có trạm thu phí.

Ngân hàng Nhà nước Việt Nam chỉ đạo các Ngân hàng thương mại kết nối tài khoản ngân hàng với tài khoản phục vụ công tác thu phí theo hình thức điện tử tự động không dừng của chủ phương tiện giao thông, đảm bảo liên thông, thuận lợi, an toàn.

Sau khi hoàn thành xong việc triển khai thu phí không dừng, Bộ GTVT khẩn trương rà soát, đánh giá và có báo cáo tổng kết gửi Thủ tướng Chính phủ trong tháng 1/2020.
